The student is not allowed to change the training course date or receive a refund of the reservation amount if the booking is made on the same day as the course starts or after the start date.
The student is not entitled to a refund of the reservation amount if the student does not complete the course for any personal reasons.
The student is not entitled to a refund of the reservation amount if the course start date is changed due to force majeure reasons beyond AMIT's company control, such as (pandemics, revolutions, curfews, complete internet shutdown, etc.).
The student will be awarded a certificate after attending at least 75% of the total diploma content.
An exam will be conducted after each course, and the assessment from the exam will be included in the overall evaluation on the certificate, which must not be less than 75%.
In case of a student's absence for any reason, they can request compensation for the lecture according to the company's available resources.
If the full amount is not paid, AMIT's company reserves the right to prevent the student from attending.
The payment receipt must be kept, as refunds or course date changes are only allowed if the original payment receipt is available.
The student must attend with their personal laptop.
Some training courses require certain scientific prerequisites, such as embedded systems programming courses, for the student to fully benefit from the course. Therefore, the student is fully responsible for knowing these scientific requirements, such as university studies, knowledge of a programming language, proficiency in English, etc.
In order to ensure the quality of the educational process, the company regularly collects students' opinions. If more than half of the attending students agree that the lecturer is unable to convey the information effectively, the company is obligated to change the lecturer immediately.
The student can request deferral to another group free of charge only in the following cases: severe illness, death, or disability-causing accident. The student must provide documents to prove the situation and pay the full course fee. Deferral requests for any other reasons are not accepted, and otherwise, 50% of the training course value must be paid to rejoin.
The company is committed to all the above, and the trainee is bound by them to the company.
