“انا اميره قررت اشارك معاكوا رحلتي مع رواد بشركه AMIT Learning مع بشمهندس ‏‏Ahmed Hekal‏ أحدنا جزء transformer و Architecture بتاعته كان من أهم الأجزاء ال خدتها النهاردة هركز بس على مراحل الـ Encoder مع أمثلة توضح كل خطوة. 1️⃣ Input Embedding ليه مش بناخد الكلمة زي ما هي؟ لأن الموديل مش بيفهم نصوص، بيفهم أرقام. فكل كلمة بتتحول لـ vector من الأرقام يقدر يتعامل معاه رياضيًا، والـ vector ده بيحمل معنى الكلمة مش بس شكلها. مثال: كلمة "ملك" وكلمة "ملكة" هيكون الـ vectors بتاعتهم قريبين من بعض في المعنى، وبعيدين عن كلمة زي "موز" مثلاً، لأن الموديل بيتعلم إن "ملك" و"ملكة" ليهم سياق مشابه. 2️⃣ Positional Encoding طيب ليه منرقمش الكلمات عادي (1, 2, 3...) بدل معادلة sin و cos؟ لو رقّمنا عادي، الأرقام هتكبر من غير حد أقصى، وده هيبوّظ توازن الشبكة لأن باقي القيم بتكون صغيرة. كمان الترقيم العادي مش بيدي الموديل إحساس ثابت بالمسافة النسبية بين الكلمات هنا بييجي دور sin/cos: القيم بتفضل محصورة بين -1 و1 دايمًا كل بُعد في الـ vector بيتغير بتردد مختلف، فبيتكون "بصمة" مميزة لكل موضع العلاقة بين موضع وموضع تاني بتبقى ثابتة رياضيًا فالموديل يقدر يستنتجها بدل ما يحفظها وبيشتغل كويس حتى مع جمل أطول من اللي اتدرب عليها مثال: في جملة "الولد أكل التفاحة"، الموديل محتاج يعرف إن "الولد" جاية قبل "أكل" مش بعدها، عشان المعنى يتغير تمامًا لو الترتيب اتقلب 3️⃣ Multi-Head Attention ليه "multi" head ليه مش head واحد يكفي؟ كل كلمة ممكن تكون ليها أكتر من علاقة مهمة في نفس الوقت (نحوية، معنى، موضوع). head واحد هيركز على نوع علاقة واحد بس. أكتر من head بيخلي الموديل يمسك زوايا مختلفة من السياق في نفس الوقت. مثال: في جملة "البنك كان مزدحم علشان الناس بتسحب فلوس"، كلمة "البنك" محتاجة الموديل يربطها بـ"فلوس" و"تسحب" عشان يفهم إنها بنك مالي مش ضفة نهر 4️⃣ Add & Norm ليه بنضيف الـ input الأصلي تاني بعد الـ Attention؟ عشان لو الـ Attention "خرّب" أو غيّر المعلومة الأساسية، يفضل عندنا مسار مباشر (residual connection) يحافظ على المعلومة الأصلية. والـ Normalization بعدها بتثبّت القيم عشان التدريب يبقى مستقر مثال: زي لما تراجع مذاكرة وترجع كل شوية تقرا الملخص الأصلي تاني عشان ماتنساش المعلومة الأساسية وسط التفاصيل الكتير 5️⃣ Feed Forward طيب مش الـ Attention كفاية؟ الـ Attention بيربط الكلمات ببعض، لكن مش بيدي الموديل "قدرة تفكير" إضافية على كل كلمة لوحدها. الـ Feed Forward بتعالج كل موضع بشكل منفصل وتضيف قدرة تعبيرية أكبر للموديل. مثال: الـ Attention زي حد بيجمعلك معلومات من كذا مصدر، والـ Feed Forward زي حد قاعد يحلل المعلومات دي ويطلع منها استنتاج جديد 6️⃣ Norm & Add تاني نفس فكرة الخطوة 4، تكرار للـ residual connection بعد الـ Feed Forward عشان استقرار التدريب سؤال هنا ال ممكن يجي في بالنا هل ممكن نستخدم Encoder بس، من غير Decoder خالص؟ الإجابة: أيوه فعلاً، وده مش نظري، ده موجود بالفعل في نماذج زي BERT الفكرة إن الـ Encoder شغله الأساسي إنه "يفهم" النص كويس ويطلع تمثيل (representation) غني بيه، من غير ما يكون هدفه إنه يولّد نص جديد كلمة كلمة. فأي مهمة هدفها "فهم" مش "توليد" ممكن تتعمل بـEncoder بس، زي: Text Classification (تصنيف نص: إيجابي/سلبي، سبام/مش سبام) Sentiment Analysis Named Entity Recognition (استخراج أسماء/أماكن/تواريخ من النص) Sentence Similarity (مقارنة جملتين قد إيه شبه بعض)”

“🔥 From Crisis to Code: Turning Dirty Data into Life-Saving Decisions in Egypt’s Hospitals 🏥⚙️ 🩺 1. Context — Why This Project Matters When hospitals overflow and minutes decide lives, data becomes more than numbers — it becomes a lifeline. Healthcare doesn’t wait — and neither should data. Our goal was to engineer a real-time, production-grade data pipeline that transforms chaotic, corrupted hospital data into life-saving insights for Egypt’s healthcare system. 🏥 2. The Problem — Hospital Overcrowding in Egypt Hospital overcrowding is a serious challenge in #Egypt: Long patient waiting times Limited bed availability Decisions needing real-time accuracy We didn’t want “just another graduation project.” We wanted impact. ⚠️ 3. The Challenge — Simulating Real Production Chaos To build something truly resilient, we recreated real-world issues: Injected dirty data (future timestamps, impossible ages, corrupted records) Tested the system’s stability under stress and high data velocity 🔥 4. The Hardest Battles — Inside Azure Databricks We faced (and solved) major engineering challenges: Delta Table optimization & performance bottlenecks Ensuring ACID consistency across Bronze → Silver → Gold layers Handling high-throughput streaming workloads Complex ETL orchestration + Data Warehouse integration These transformed the project into a real engineering solution, not a classroom task. ⚙️ 5. “Alhamdulillah 🎓🤍 After a journey that lasted from November 2025 to July 2026, I’m very happy to share that I have received my Certificate of Achievement from the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative - DEPI , as part of the Microsoft Machine Learning Engineer track. 🎓🚀 Honestly, this certificate means much more to me than just another achievement to add to my LinkedIn or CV. It reminds me of a long journey filled with learning, pressure, challenges, countless attempts, and moments when I had to start over and try again. From the very first day at DEPI, I knew I was starting a journey that would require commitment, effort, and consistency. But along the way, I realized that the most important part wasn’t only what I learned, but also how to learn, how to face challenges, how to solve problems, and how to keep going even when things get difficult. “🎓 Proud to announce that I have successfully completed the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI) – Software Tester Track, sponsored by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). This journey, which lasted from November 2025 to July 2026, was much more than completing a training program. It gave me the opportunity to build a strong foundation in Software Testing and Quality Assurance and, most importantly, apply what I learned through a practical graduation project. Throughout the program, I gained hands-on experience with: 🔹 Manual UI Testing — designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and documenting testing results. 🔹 API Testing using Postman, including creating and executing test cases and validating API behavior. 🔹 Database Testing using MySQL & MySQL Workbench, focusing on data integrity and validating database operations. 🔹 UI Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Page Object Model (POM). 🔹 Test Planning & Documentation, including preparing test plans, test cases, reports, and project documentation. 🔹 Jira & Agile methodologies, along with collaboration, task tracking, and working effectively within a testing team. 🚀 Graduation Project — E-Commerce Web Application For our graduation project, Team B worked on quality assurance for the SauceDemo E-Commerce application, covering four major testing levels: • 19 Manual UI Test Cases — 17 passed and 2 failed • UI Automation using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG & POM • 19 API Test Cases — all passed • 38 Database Test Cases — 32 passed, with 6 expected constraint violations During the project, we also identified functional defects, documented them, and followed a structured testing process to evaluate the application's functionality, reliability, and data integrity. 🔗 GitHub Repository: E-Commerce Web Application – Graduation Project⁠� I’m especially grateful for the experience of working as part of a team, taking responsibility for testing activities, and seeing the complete testing lifecycle from test planning → test execution → defect identification → reporting → automation. 🙏 Special thanks to Mohamed Aboulhassan for the guidance, continuous support, and valuable feedback throughout this journey. I’m very happy to share that I have successfully completed one of the most important learning and professional journeys for me through the ( Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative - DEPI), under ( AMIT Learning). 💻 AI & Data Science – Microsoft Data Engineer 📅 November 2025 – July 2026 It was a journey full of challenges, new experiences, and valuable learning opportunities that helped me grow both technically and personally. From the beginning, I was always eager to make the most of every stage, apply what I learned practically, and improve myself step by step. Throughout this journey, I developed important skills and gained knowledge in Data Engineering, including: 🔹 Intro to Data Engineering 🔹 Programming Essentials 🔹 SQL & Database Management 🔹 Advanced Python for Data Engineering 🔹 Data Pipelines 🔹 Big Data Processing 🔹 Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate 🔹 Deployment 🔹 AI for Data Engineers 🔹 Transportation Project – Data Pipeline I also worked on practical training and projects that helped me better understand how data is collected, stored, prepared, processed, and transformed into useful information. I was able to strengthen my technical skills, learn new concepts in Data Engineering, and get closer to my goal of becoming a Data Engineer. There is still so much more to learn, and the journey is still long, but this experience has been an important step in my professional journey.
